Four years ago, nightly Staff College was formed in Sergeants Training Center in Balkh with the aim of professionalizing the police, where after passing the exam, a number of soldiers were enrolled and today they celebrated the fruits of their four years of hard work and education.
Col. Kamaluddin Yawar, Commander of Sergeants Training Center, says that 60 people, including eight women, received their diplomas after becoming the first class of graduates from the center.
According to him, today’s society needs skilled police, and these graduates with their professional knowledge can serve people better and more effectively.
In the meantime, a number of graduates who celebrated their graduation stated that they took specialized police and law and order courses, and are proud to be able to perform their duties proficiently from now on.
It is worth mentioning that according to officials at Sergeants Training Center, more military men will take Staff College’s entrance exam tomorrow.
