Local officials in Baghlan province say that with the implementation of the new security pact, the map of Pul-e-Khumri city will be changed in terms of cleaning.
Nizamuddin Hamidi, Mayor of Pul-e-Khumri, says that in the new security scheme, all guilds, peddlers and car stations that have been regulated in violation of the traffic law, will be relocated to specific areas.
Zabihullah Ehsas, Deputy Governor of Baghlan, assured the people this morning at the start of the implementation of the security pact that the committee has begun its work strongly and in the next few days visible changes will take place.
He also called the application of security pact effective in providing security, adding that if the obstacles are removed and congestion is reduced, it will have a direct impact on the security.
Mr. Ehsas warned that he did not know any bullies before the law and that law-breakers would be dealt with in accordance with the principles of the security pact.
At the same time, Baghlan residents welcome the start of the new security program and call on the security forces to apply the law on everyone equally so that the problems within the city of Pul-e-Khumri can be resolved.
