Needy families receive aids in Samangan

Civil activists and Zand Private High School, that recently inaugurated a wall called “Empathy Bazaar” helped cash and clothing to a number of displaced people today.
Qaisuddin Mobarez, head of Women and Youth Advocacy Network, said the utility that was donated by citizens of Samangan, was disseminated to 70 destitute families today.
“This is a start and we hope that businessmen and other charity organizations will do more for the needy,” Nizamuddin Azimi, one of the organizers of the event said.
On the other hand, people who received aids expressed satisfaction, and called on national and international relief agencies to provide them food items and cash.
According to Refugees Department of Samangan, hundreds of people have been displaced in the province this year due to wars and are in need of humanitarian assistance.
